Heimstaden Bostad ‘Well on Track’ to Reach Divestment Target

Landlord Heimstaden Bostad AB said it’s “well on track” with a plan to sell 20 billion kronor ($1.9 billion) worth of apartments by the end of 2025 as part of a bid to bring its finances on a healthier footing.

The company divested 530 residential units for about 2.4 billion kronor in the fourth quarter, according to its earnings reportBloomberg Terminal published on Friday. That brings total sales to about 8.8 billion kronor since the start of its asset divestment program, about 370 million kronor ahead of plan.
