Finland’s President Alexander Stubb said his nation remains “calm and collected” amid reports of Russian troop buildup near the NATO member’s border.

The country’s public broadcaster YLE reported earlier this month that Russia is building a garrison for an artillery brigade in a town near the two countries’ frontier, suggesting an increase in troops depleted by the war with Ukraine.
