Swedish Startup Mindler Agrees to Buy Ieso Digital Health UK

Swedish startup Mindler AB has acquired Ieso Digital Health UK for an undisclosed sum as it seeks to build out its footprint in the online therapy market.

The acquisition will give Mindler access to existing contracts with the National Health Service in England and Scotland, according to emailed comments. The company says it’s aiming to benefit from increased demand for mental health services in the UK at a time of relatively high vacancy rates for doctors in the NHS mental health services.
