00:00So this would be the second major strike for Kelly or Berg since he took over as CEO. Bring us a little bit more detail on what exactly is at the heart of these discussions. You know, we could we could talk for the next hour, but I'll just keep it brief. Some of this is ill will from contracts that Boeing strong armed out of its unions a decade ago with threats to move production. And that was the script in Seattle and in Saint Louis. And an older workers are still really unhappy about some of the concessions that were made back in the day. And Wartburg, who's new to Boeing, has sort of inherited some of this ill will. Hmm. So how do you fix ill will, Julie? That seems like something that's pretty hard to measure. Is it just bigger paychecks? How do you do that? You know, I think that's what they're trying to do at the table today. And it's Boeing's been talking informally with union leaders for the last three weeks since the strike began to try and find sort of the magic combination that will, you know, will appeal to workers of all stripes. And the fact that they are formally negotiating now is probably a good sign. And just put this in context of what is happening at Boeing right now. We know that they've been trying to turn around the business. Kelly Ortberg has made some strides there. Where are we on that timeline? Yeah, that's that's so fascinating about all of this. Kelly Ortberg, who's an midwesterner and came came to Boeing from a supplier, has preached culture and values and respect since you know from day one. And and but for this to take root, it really has to start on the factory floor and where there's this legacy of labor strife. So it's really kind of fascinating to me as an outsider to see, you know, how he'll win over the hearts and minds of the people building their planes.
